MSA Sync Server - this package handles connections from each device to the host pc. This is an Active X that must be running and configured with the proper firewall.

MSALink - this software is configured to export data for the accounting package database. MSALink can be configured for any accounting package with common ODBC drivers.

MSA Approvals - the best way to control order into the system is by using MSA Approvals. Orders and RMA can be controlled with this software package.
